Yesterday we had some difficulties over the day as one server provider and all server hosted with them went down. We were able to fix this issue till evening and everything is back up and running fine.
We have added 1 bonus day to every active premium member.

Nearly all hosts have become available again. Please try to download files you had to delay till now as not all hosts are listed.

Thanks fly out to all the users who provided speed tests and advanced tests to help finding a solution to the speed issues. Many but not all customer should get fine speeds again as some internet routes were changed.

Sadly Fileserve.com blocked all our IPs yesterday and trying to add new IPs resulted in further IP bans. Due to this we disabled Fileserve.com download support.

Therefore we have added an additional bonus day to each active premium membership yesterday and added another one today. It will not make your Fileserve.com downloads work or speed issues go away but with these 2 bonus days we want to say "Thanks" to all loyal customers.

A bug in the traffic counting unit caused some trouble. More traffic was used then allowed per host. This entails that some hosts might not be useable today. The bug is fixed and all hosts will become available again around midnight in Europe.

We apologize for any trouble this might cause you.

Update 29.09.2011: Some accounts are still over the top of the maximum usage. Hopefully these accounts will become available again during today.
